How many days do I have to make a change?

Once the delivery has been made, you have 7 calendar days to request an exchange, provided that the garment:

  • It has not been used

  • Keep its original label

  • It must be delivered in good condition and with its original packaging.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only accepted for different sizes or models , subject to availability.

Do you ship to all of Peru?

Yes. We ship to Lima and other provinces through authorized logistics operators.
