Shipping Zones

We ship to:

  • Metropolitan Lima

  • Provinces at the national level

Delivery Times

  • Metropolitan Lima: between 24 and 48 business hours , depending on availability and area.

  • Provinces: delivery time varies depending on the transport agency, generally between 48 and 72 business hours .

Delivery times start counting once payment has been confirmed.

Shipping Companies

Shipments are made through trusted agencies and couriers , selected to guarantee the security of the order. The agency name and tracking number will be shared with the customer.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs may vary depending on the location and weight of the order.

  • During special campaigns or promotions, shipping may be free , which will be duly informed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation

  • Agency name

  • Tracking code or number

Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete information (address, reference and contact number).

  • In case of incorrect information, the additional resending costs will be borne by the customer.
